Wellness Counselor

About the Role

WarriorBabe Health is focused on helping women reclaim confidence and control over their health through expert wellness and medical support. The Wellness Counselor plays an important client-facing role, acting as the connection point between medical providers and clients so that every person receives attentive support and a smooth experience throughout their care journey.

This position is a strong fit for someone who is compassionate, highly organized, detail-focused, and energized by supporting people through meaningful health improvements. The role reports to the Clinical Leadership Team and involves close collaboration with clients, providers, and other internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine new client intake details, health background, lab results, and clinical records to pull out important observations.
• Organize relevant case information and help prepare physicians and medical providers ahead of client consultations.
• Join provider consultations to observe and capture accurate notes in internal systems.
• Act as a consistent contact for clients from onboarding through ongoing care, making sure their experience stays positive.
• Follow up proactively on treatment plans, progress, questions, and satisfaction levels.
• Explain wellness protocols, treatment plans, and lifestyle guidance in a clear and supportive way.
• Work closely with physicians, wellness professionals, and cross-functional teams to support better outcomes.
• Keep client records, notes, and communications accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Spot opportunities to improve results and suggest relevant services or programs when suitable.
• Help strengthen retention through relationship building, education, and regular engagement.
• Contribute ideas and support for improving clinical workflows, client experience, and best practices.
• Assist with webinars, educational sessions, podcasts, and other community activities when needed.
• Represent WarriorBabe Health professionally at virtual or in-person events when required.
• Stay updated on new developments, research, and best practices in health, wellness, and functional medicine.

Preferred Background

• Experience in health coaching, nursing, wellness counseling, client success, medical assisting, nutrition, fitness, or a related area.
• Prior work in telehealth, functional medicine, hormone optimization, or wellness coaching is preferred.
• Exposure to electronic medical record systems is an advantage.
• Experience supporting clients in a membership-based, coaching, or healthcare environment is preferred.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary of $36,000 per year, along with additional incentive pay tied to individual performance, client outcomes, and company objectives.
