Warehouse Operator PM

Overview

Join a fast-moving warehouse team where safety, quality, and meeting performance goals are central to the role. This position offers the chance to work both independently and alongside others in a busy logistics environment.

Location and Working Hours

The role is based in Ballycoolin, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Compensation

The salary for this position is €32,000 per year, plus a shift allowance.

Key Duties

• Follow health and safety practices carefully at all times while carrying out warehouse activities.
• Communicate with customers whenever needed.
• Use a forklift and work on your own for extended periods when required.
• Carry out standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support business needs efficiently.
• Complete warehouse tasks efficiently while protecting product, inventory, and process integrity in line with SOPs.
• Maintain productivity levels in line with the wider team, measured by units per hour.
• Check inventory for discrepancies and report issues promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Keep up to date with weekly cycle counts and support accurate stock records.
• Make sure orders are received, picked, checked, and delivered according to customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate can work independently in a warehouse environment, is skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and is physically capable of handling packing and loading work. A strong record of meeting targets and pick rates is important.

Desirable Skills

It is an advantage to be comfortable using a PC and familiar with warehouse management systems, including SAP. Reliability, dependability, and strong spoken, written, and reading English are also valued.
