Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions and provide timely assistance.
- Explain visa and immigration-related services in a clear and reassuring manner.
- Offer customer counselling and help prospects understand available options.
- Track and follow up with leads to move them forward in the process.
- Support customers with document collection and related paperwork.
