This is a from-office-only role.What the role involvesDriving end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions.Recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics roles such as D365, AX, CRM, and F&O.Supporting hiring across additional technology stacks when needed.Using headhunting and passive sourcing methods to find suitable candidates.Working with direct clients and implementation partners on hiring needs.Ensuring hiring activity aligns with US employment laws and compliance requirements.Closing specialized technical openings efficiently in a fast-moving environment.Experience and profile soughtThe ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of US IT hiring experience and be comfortable operating in a compliance-sensitive recruitment setup.
