What the role involves

• Driving end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions.
• Recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics roles such as D365, AX, CRM, and F&O.
• Supporting hiring across additional technology stacks when needed.
• Using headhunting and passive sourcing methods to find suitable candidates.
• Working with direct clients and implementation partners on hiring needs.
• Ensuring hiring activity aligns with US employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Closing specialized technical openings efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Experience and profile sought

The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of US IT hiring experience and be comfortable operating in a compliance-sensitive recruitment setup. The role suits someone proactive, growth-oriented, and able to manage complex technical searches with precision.
