The company is seeking a UI/UX Designer who is enthusiastic about crafting polished digital experiences, contemporary interfaces, and creative solutions that balance usability with visual appeal.
Role Overview
This position is for a creative, detail-focused designer who can shape intuitive websites and web applications. The right person will bring strong visual design ability, an understanding of user behavior, and comfort working with modern and AI-assisted design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, easy-to-use interfaces for websites and web-based products.
- Build wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and refined UI mockups.
- Produce attractive visual elements such as graphics, illustrations, icons, and other digital creative assets.
- Develop animations, motion elements, and micro-interactions that improve the overall experience.
- Work in close partnership with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Maintain and improve the design system while keeping brand styling consistent across digital channels.
- Carry out user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and product improvements.
- Keep pace with current UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards.
- Use AI-based design tools and workflows to support creativity, efficiency, and quality.
- Share fresh ideas that strengthen engagement and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- You must already be living in Berlin, Germany.
- You should have prior experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
- A portfolio showing completed UI/UX work from early concept through final delivery is required.
- Hands-on experience with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or comparable tools is expected.
- You need strong capability in prototyping, interactive design, motion graphics, and animation work.
- Experience creating illustrations, icons, graphics, and other marketing visuals is important.
- Comfort using AI-enabled design tools and integrating them into creative workflows is expected.
- You should understand responsive design, accessibility, usability principles, and user-centered design methods.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts is a plus.
- You must have strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- German language skills would be an advantage.
- You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work well in a fast-moving international environment.
