Role summary
This position is focused on enabling project delivery by handling the design, development, and rollout of tools. The role works closely with internal teams or clients to understand what is needed from a tools standpoint, then translates that into a practical solution.
What you will do
- Work with internal stakeholders or clients to gather and clarify tool-related project needs.
- Assess existing tools, define the right solution, and factor in any licensing requirements.
- Prepare estimates for both budget and timelines for tool creation or deployment.
- Identify the right development source for any new tool, whether internal or third-party, and coordinate with project managers to keep rollout aligned with production timelines.
- Handle commercial conversations with external vendors for licenses or tool-development work.
- Test solutions thoroughly so the tool is deployed without errors.
- Make sure the tool goes live on schedule and stays within the approved budget.
Performance expectations
Success in this role is measured by the quality of the solution, delivery within budget, on-time deployment, and error-free implementation.
