Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based in Vijayawada and focuses on managing daily ticketing work. The Ticketing Executive will support customers with bookings and reservations, coordinate travel-related paperwork, and provide prompt, courteous service. The role also calls for maintaining client relationships and ensuring smooth assistance at every step of the booking journey.

• Good verbal and written communication for client interaction
• Customer support mindset with the ability to resolve queries
• Sales capability and comfort in promoting travel services
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits
• Familiarity with ticketing and reservation systems is beneficial
• Exposure to the travel or tourism sector will be an added advantage
• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in Travel, Tourism, or a related area is preferred
