The academy places strong emphasis on practical learning and industry-aligned programs aimed at long-term career development.Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi for a Tele Caller who will engage with prospective and current students over the phone. The role focuses on explaining course details, admission steps, fee structure, and career prospects, while also handling incoming questions and keeping call logs and student records updated accurately.Key DutiesReach out to prospective and existing students by phone and share information about courses, admissions, fees, and future career opportunities.Handle incoming calls and respond to student queries in a polite and helpful manner.Maintain correct call documentation and keep the customer database updated in an organized way.Follow up with leads regularly and coordinate counseling sessions or campus visits.Assist the admissions team in achieving enrollment goals.Deliver professional customer support and pass along learner feedback to the wider team.Work according to approved call scripts and quality standards.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and people skills, with confident phone etiquette.Ability to manage a large number of calls, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a busy work setting.Basic computer knowledge, including the use of MS Office and CRM or similar database tools.Strong customer-focused approach, with attentive listening and a patient, professional manner.Experience in tele calling, counseling, sales, or admissions in the education or training industry will be an added advantage.Comfort with target-based work and repeated follow-ups to help convert inquiries into enrollments.Minimum qualification is higher secondary or an equivalent level; diploma or degree holders are preferred.Good command of English and local languages such as Malayalam and Hindi will be helpful.Additional InformationNo specific salary, perks, or vacancy count were provided in the source details.
