Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and passionate recruiting team dedicated to hiring and retaining talent across various business functions. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, interpersonal, strategic, and organizational capabilities, along with a sound understanding of diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job intake, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to establish a robust pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with current and future staffing demands.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across all levels to identify staffing needs and foster enduring professional relationships.
- Contribute to the execution of HR programs by suggesting improvements in processes and initiatives.
- Address and manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance and talent management processes for employees.
- Support HR policy implementation and strategies aimed at sustaining organizational growth and retention.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational qualification in human resources or a relevant technical field is mandatory.
- A minimum of five years of pertinent experience encompassing full-cycle recruitment and close collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven track record as both an agency and in-house recruiter.
- Creative and innovative approaches in candidate sourcing, management, and enhancing candidate experience.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions spanning engineering, business, and commercial roles.
- Highly self-driven with the ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with stakeholders, team members, and candidates.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Robust business insight to align recruitment projects with key organizational goals.
