The Opportunity

An opening has arisen for a casual Supporter Services Hub Assistant to join Burnley Football Club. This position will contribute to the club’s continued growth while helping ensure supporters receive an excellent service experience.

What the Role Involves

• Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries through multiple channels, including telephone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face contact.
• Support the sale of Burnley FC commercial products using the club’s ticketing system.
• Assist with selling match tickets, season cards, and memberships when needed.

The ideal applicant will bring strong customer service ability and clear communication skills. A flexible attitude is essential, along with the availability to work evenings and weekends.

Checks and Conditions
