The business has built a strong global following and retail footprint across the USA, the UK, Australia, and additional markets, and is known for its SPF innovation and SPF-makeup hybrid products.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Sydney, NSW for a Social Commerce Manager. The purpose of the role is to grow revenue through creators, affiliates, ambassadors, and social selling channels, including TikTok Shop, while strengthening the brand’s creator network.
Core Duties
- Lead the strategy and day-to-day growth of TikTok Shop.
- Develop, launch, and expand ambassador and affiliate programs.
- Identify suitable influencers and manage partnership negotiations.
- Monitor and assess the performance of creators, affiliates, and TikTok Shop activity.
- Partner with paid media teams to boost top-performing creator content.
