Role overview
We are looking for a Skilled Operative - Runner to join the Attleborough factory in Norfolk. This position plays an important part in keeping the production line supplied and running efficiently.
Pay and schedule
The role offers an hourly wage of £15.27, with the potential to earn more than £600 each week. Work is arranged on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation, with shifts from 06:00 to 18:00.
What you will do
- Move ingredients to the production line as needed.
- Check materials carefully for any damage, defects, or foreign items.
- Confirm batch details and shelf-life information to help maintain product quality.

- Good written, numerical, and spoken communication skills, with confidence in English.
- The ability to work at full line speed and follow standard operating procedures.
- A self-starting approach, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
