Role Overview

This position focuses on managing and expanding business relationships with clients while supporting revenue growth, portfolio quality, and compliant deal execution within a banking environment.

Market Research and Business Development

  • Study market conditions to discover, initiate, and build durable client relationships that support business and income goals.
  • Hold regular discussions with important customers, promoters, and prospects to sustain business momentum and increase wallet share.
  • Drive proactive growth efforts with both new and existing clients across identified sectors and market opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Win new client relationships by understanding financial requirements and recommending suitable banking products and services.
  • Manage relationships end to end, including need analysis, advisory, structuring, term negotiation, and deal closure.

Portfolio Handling and Deal Structuring

  • Work with Regional Segment Heads or Team Leaders to structure and restructure transactions so they align with client financing needs.
  • Coordinate on portfolio management activities to better understand customer requirements and address their financial goals effectively.

Revenue and Business Growth

  • Lead efforts to achieve regional targets for earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality within agreed budgets.
  • Support sales and business operations to improve regional profit and loss performance in line with overall banking objectives.

Credit Appraisal
