What you'll do
- Architect, build, and support robust applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop enterprise solutions using a microservices-based design.
- Implement asynchronous messaging flows with Apache Kafka.
- Deploy, track, and maintain services on AWS.
- Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product stakeholders.
- Strengthen code quality through reviews and unit testing practices.
- Investigate defects, resolve issues, and improve application speed and stability.
- Take part in design discussions and help shape technical choices.
Skills and qualifications
- Solid hands-on Java development background with 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Strong command of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Practical exposure to Apache Kafka or comparable messaging platforms.
- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed application design.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and DevOps-oriented delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Clear communication and collaborative working style.
Preferred background
- Prior experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Awareness of security practices for cloud-native systems.
- AWS certification is considered an advantage.
