About the Role
Birbal AI is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to build, tailor, maintain, and provide ongoing support for CRM solutions. This role calls for deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, third-party integrations, plugin work, and established CRM development practices.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, modify, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure CRM functionality to match business and process requirements.
- Handle data cleansing, mapping, integration, and relationship management inside Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Connect Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Create and maintain plugins, JavaScript components, and .NET-based solutions.
- Investigate technical problems and resolve issues in CRM applications.
- Contribute to TAMM services/projects delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development concepts and implementation standards.
- Substantial experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Proven ability in data cleansing, integration, mapping, and data relationship management.
- Practical experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications.
- Hands-on work with Plugins, JavaScript, and .NET development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience delivering TAMM services/projects.
- Prior exposure to government organizations in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
