Technical design support
- Support fittings by recording detailed notes and helping develop fit comments.
- Measure garments and assist with keeping existing production tech packs up to date.
- Create and revise flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator.
- Organize fit samples and development references throughout each product stage.
- Assist with building tech packs for new seasonal collections, including construction details, bill of materials, measurement specs, how-to-measure instructions, and sample reference images to support accurate development and clear factory communication.
Cross-functional sample coordination
- Coordinate sample requirements across Production, Design, Creative, PR, Marketing, E-commerce, and Wholesale teams.
- Keep sample inventory accurate for all photoshoots and ensure the correct product is available on time for e-commerce and creative work.
- Support photoshoots, marketing projects, wholesale requests, and development tasks by preparing and tracking samples.
- Track sample loans and follow up to ensure items are returned on time, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Studio and archive organization
- Keep sample closets, fit racks, storage areas, and seasonal archives organized.
- Ensure all samples are correctly labeled, catalogued, and stored.
- Assist with sample sale preparation and ongoing studio organization efforts.
