The Hoxton is hiring a Room Attendant for its Shepherd’s Bush hotel in London. What you will do

  • Clean and service guest rooms so they consistently meet the brand’s presentation and quality expectations.
  • Record any maintenance issues in guest rooms and guest corridors using KnowCross.
  • Make sure guest rooms always comply with brand standards and audit requirements.
  • Clean and maintain public spaces so they remain tidy, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Report faults in public areas and back-of-house spaces through KnowCross.
  • Keep all public areas compliant with brand standards and quality audit checks.
  • Look after exterior hotel areas, including guest entrances and loading bay spaces.
  • Manage the daily delivery and return of linen and terry items.
