Position Overview
The company is hiring a Recruiter for a remote contract role. Compensation is set at $18 to $60 per hour.
Core Responsibilities
You will own the recruiting process from start to finish, including finding candidates, reaching out to them, screening profiles, arranging interviews, and handling offer discussions. The role also involves creating strong talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
In addition, you will carry out early-stage assessments to judge qualifications, experience, and team fit. You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, interview structure, and selection standards. Monitoring recruiting performance through metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline size, and conversion rates will also be part of the job, along with keeping applicant tracking records up to date and accurate.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting. Strong sourcing capability across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search methods is required, along with clear written and spoken communication skills.
You should be comfortable managing several open positions at once, prioritizing tasks effectively, and working with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting workflows.
