Role Summary

We are hiring a full-time Recruiter for an on-site position in Patna. This role covers the complete recruitment cycle, from finding and assessing candidates to interviewing and onboarding. The Recruiter will also help develop talent pipelines, work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and design hiring approaches that support the company’s objectives. A key part of the role is ensuring candidates have a smooth and professional experience while keeping hiring records and metrics accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full hiring process from sourcing candidates to final onboarding.
• Identify, screen, and interview applicants for open roles.
• Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of potential talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and staffing needs.
• Create recruitment approaches that help attract strong candidates aligned with business goals.
• Maintain a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Track and update recruitment data and hiring metrics carefully.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for building effective relationships.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• Understanding of hiring trends, talent market dynamics, and employer branding.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Capability to review profiles and match candidate qualifications with job needs.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Experience in hiring for education or technology-related roles is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
