Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Sharjah for a Real Estate Agent. The role involves guiding clients through property purchases, sales, and rentals while making sure the transaction experience is smooth and professionally handled.

What You Will Do

• Support clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
• Deliver prompt and professional customer service to strengthen client trust.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Handle negotiations and help finalize contract terms.
• Track local market movements and use that knowledge to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide strong client support and maintain good relationships.
• Solid sales ability with confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
• Good understanding of the local property market and current trends.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Experience with property listing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
