Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and tune data pipelines using Kafka and Java.
- Work closely with teams across functions to understand data needs and deliver solutions that scale.
- Maintain strong data quality and consistency across multiple sources.
- Offer technical support and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Develop practical strategies and models that help clients innovate, expand, and improve profitability.
- Work with software configuration management tools and related systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments.
- Apply logical reasoning and structured problem-solving while collaborating with others.
- Understand financial processes used in different project types and pricing approaches.
- Review existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend suitable technology options.
- Bring one or two industry-domain insights where relevant.
- Handle client communication and interface effectively.
- Contribute to project and team management activities.
