Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Property Administrator position based in Ireland. The person in this role will help keep day-to-day residential property operations running smoothly by supporting tenants, coordinating occupancy changes, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks connected to leasing and resident communication.
Key Duties
- Respond to resident questions and support a positive day-to-day tenant experience.
- Assist with move-in and move-out coordination for residential properties.
- Keep tenant files, property records, and other administrative documentation accurate and up to date.
- Prepare lease-related paperwork and support the completion of tenancy documentation.
- Process applications and manage routine correspondence.
- Work with the property management team to support efficient operations across the portfolio.
Skills and Background
Applicants should bring knowledge of property administration or residential real estate, including the basics of leasing and property operations. Strong interpersonal communication, customer service, organization, time management, and careful record-keeping are important. Comfort using office tools such as email, spreadsheets, and property or CRM software is also expected, along with a willingness to learn new systems. Preferred Experience and Education
