Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Project Manager position is responsible for leading projects from initial concept through final completion. The role includes coordinating project expediting, management, inspections, and logistics so that each job is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide projects through all phases from start to finish.
- Define project scope and deliverables clearly.
- Estimate the resources required to complete the job successfully.
- Secure permits, approvals, and other required regulatory clearances.
- Prepare budget plans based on scope and resource needs.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
- Oversee contracts and subcontracts throughout execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and track construction schedules and field activities.
- Share regular progress updates on timelines and spending.
- Make sure all work follows applicable building and safety regulations.
- Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate communication among architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Strong expediting capability.
- Solid understanding of building systems.
- Prior tilt-wall project experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Commercial construction experience is required.
