Role Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager for construction work in Dubai. The role calls for a professional with a strong background in main contracting, solid leadership ability, and the capacity to coordinate multiple site activities effectively.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil), have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, and possess a valid G+12 certificate. Candidates without this certificate should not apply. Prior experience in main contracting is essential, and professionals available to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project activities with clear communication and strong leadership.
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Manage subcontractors, track their progress, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Check and verify site quantities as part of project control.
• Maintain quality standards throughout all phases of execution.
• Ensure site practices follow HSE requirements and safety compliance rules.
