Project Manager

Role overview

Euro Homes Group is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to take ownership of projects from the initial concept stage through to final delivery. The right person will be a proactive leader with excellent coordination, communication, and planning abilities, capable of steering teams, schedules, and resources so that work is completed efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of construction and real estate assignments, beginning with planning and continuing through to completion.
• Build practical project schedules, cost plans, and resource allocations to support smooth execution and delivery within the agreed scope.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep every project stream aligned and progressing.
• Make sure work complies with safety rules, building regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Spot risks or problems during delivery and take action to resolve them quickly.
• Compile routine progress updates for senior leadership covering status, budget position, and timeline movement.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure service expectations are clearly understood and met.
• Run project meetings and keep all stakeholders informed, coordinated, and accountable.
• Track project outcomes and introduce corrective measures whenever progress begins to slip.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional project management experience, specifically in construction and real estate.
• A solid history of delivering large construction or property development projects successfully.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and industry best practices.
• Well-developed leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay effective under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of budgeting, contracts, and scheduling.
• PMP certification or a similar credential will be an added advantage.
