Role overview
This position is for an IT Project Manager focused on NOC operations for a significant client program in Riyadh. The selected professional will oversee the complete service delivery lifecycle and serve as the main point of contact between the client and the internal delivery team, making sure all contractual, operational, and compliance obligations are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate end-to-end NOC service delivery.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the client relationship.
- Supervise team activities, operational reporting, and service-level compliance.
- Maintain adherence to Saudization and other regulatory or contractual requirements.
- Monitor cybersecurity readiness and ensure sound operational governance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT or NOC project management.
- Professional certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is mandatory.
- Strong capability in managing stakeholders across teams and client groups.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis.
