This opportunity is for a Project Estimator focused on commercial construction work with a general contractor/construction manager. What you will do
- Manage estimates end to end, starting with takeoffs and carrying them through final bid submission and handoff.
- Prepare pricing for real commercial construction projects across a varied portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as part of a small, connected team.
- Contribute to preconstruction planning, value engineering efforts, and negotiated project pursuits.

Compensation
