Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a polished and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Capital Management team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on smooth day-to-day administration, coordination of meetings and communications, and careful handling of documents tied to investment activity, fund commitments, and portfolio oversight.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver executive-level administrative and secretarial assistance to the Capital Management and Investment team.

  • Arrange discussions with investment managers, advisors, banks, and internal teams.
  • Keep investment paperwork well organized, including NDAs, fund agreements, capital call notices, and investor reports.
  • Support the upkeep of internal records and databases linked to the investment portfolio.
