Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Indore is for a Perfumer who will handle the complete fragrance development process. The role involves creating scent concepts, researching and formulating new blends, maintaining quality standards during production, and ensuring the final output matches customer expectations. The person in this role will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to shape offerings that reflect market demand and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

The Perfumer will be expected to manage fragrance creation from concept to delivery, while also contributing to product refinement and customization through direct customer interaction.

• Research, design, and develop new fragrance compositions.
• Oversee quality checks to keep products consistent and aligned with required standards.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to create products suited to market trends and customer needs.
• Engage with customers and support product customization based on their requirements.
• Apply creativity and attention to detail throughout fragrance development.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and complete work within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong background in research and development for fragrance formulation.
• Knowledge of quality control practices for ensuring product consistency and compliance.
• Ability to support sales and customer service conversations with clients.
• Awareness of the personal care market and current industry trends.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
• Team-oriented approach and the ability to meet project timelines.
• A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related subject is preferred.
• Prior experience as a perfumer or in a comparable position will be considered an advantage.
