Role Overview

This opening is for an experienced Pega Developer responsible for building and supporting BPM-based solutions using Pega platforms and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance applications on the Pega platform using Activities, Data, and related components.
Apply BPM principles and process management practices in solution design and implementation.
Work with at least one Pega framework and contribute to framework-based development.
Support solution delivery for enterprise workflow and business process requirements.

Technical Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
PEGA CSSA certification in Pega 7.x or a later version is mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of BPM concepts and methodologies.
Experience with Activities and Data is required.
Exposure to one Pega framework is required.
Experience with Smart Dispute will be an added advantage.
Pega Cloud exposure is desirable.

Eligibility

Applicants should be any graduate with relevant Pega development experience.

Location

Primary locations mentioned are Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

Additional Information

This role calls for professionals with at least 5 years of overall experience and strong implementation capability in Pega-based BPM solutions.
