Operations & Travel Coordinator

Role overview

VCA is hiring an Operations & Travel Coordinator to strengthen its expanding team in Dubai. This position is focused on keeping multi-project and multi-location work running smoothly by handling travel coordination, administrative support, supplier follow-up, and internal process management.

What you will do

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, local transfers, and daily allowances.
• Monitor travel spending and keep records accurate and organized.
• Provide administrative and operational support to project teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Maintain oversight of contracts, invoices, and operational files.
• Keep internal tracking sheets updated with current information.
• Support logistics for events and wider business activities.
• Help improve and roll out internal operational processes.

What the role requires

• Hands-on background in operations, administration, travel coordination, or project support.
• Strong planning ability with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Able to perform well in a busy international work setting.
• Strong command of English.
