Role Overview
The Customer Onboarding Associate is a customer-facing professional who helps new and existing clients understand Turvo’s current and upcoming product capabilities. In this role, you will partner closely with the Customer Success team and other internal departments to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the customer lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor and represent the customer’s voice while balancing attentive listening with strategic problem-solving to drive success for both the client and Turvo.
This is a remote role based in the United States, and the selected candidate will work from home.
Areas of Focus
- Supporting implementation, onboarding, post-sales assistance, and customer training
- Managing relationships across the full customer journey
- Helping customers understand product value, adoption, and enhancement opportunities
Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding onto the Turvo platform
- Build relationships across customer organizations, from executive stakeholders to technical teams, to help achieve business objectives
- Work with internal Turvo teams to complete setup, validation, and handoff into production support
- Develop a strong understanding of common customer pain points and business goals, then align Turvo’s capabilities to those needs
- Spot potential risks to customer success and collaborate on mitigation plans
- Support customers through the renewal process and help reduce churn where needed
- Assist external customers and internal teams with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and guidance
- Track project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer training, support, or customer success in complex environments
- Background in logistics or supply chain is preferred, with freight broker experience considered a plus
- Experience working in the project management lifecycle and across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or project management is preferred
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Interest in connecting day-to-day customer work to a broader strategic vision
- Willingness to contribute to initiatives that improve the customer experience
- Strong commitment to customer success and long-term client value
- Comfort with technology and the ability to communicate product value credibly
- Business or technology consulting experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Zendesk
- Willingness to travel onsite with customers as needed
Compensation and Additional Information
The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000, plus a discretionary bonus. Candidates located in Dallas or Austin, Texas are preferred.
