Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Content Moderation Analyst working in a non-voice support environment. The role focuses on reviewing video and content assets, applying policy guidelines, maintaining quality standards, and making independent moderation decisions in trust and safety operations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assess complex video content, detect violations of platform and customer policies, and take the right moderation action based on established rules. The role also involves dealing with hate and harassment cases, managing escalations, supporting quality checks, and ensuring compliance throughout the review process.

In addition, the person hired is expected to work with problem-solving discipline, handle escalation workflows effectively, and maintain strong accuracy and quality scores while operating in a fast-moving moderation setup.

Skills and Experience Needed

Applicants should have hands-on experience in content moderation, video review, trust and safety, quality compliance, escalation handling, and independent decision-making. Strong English communication skills and good analytical ability are important for success in this role.
