- Respond professionally to questions about the village, its amenities, and available services.
- Keep communal areas clean and presentable throughout the night shift.
- Clean and care for the gym, pool, steam room, and changing rooms, including testing and logging pool chemical levels.
- Support emergency response activities such as first aid incidents and evacuations where required.
- Move waste bins to the correct collection locations as part of waste handling duties.
- Help maintain the safety, security, and wellbeing of the building and everyone in it overnight.
Requirements
- Proven ability to remain calm, confident, and professional when dealing with challenging situations, ideally in a customer-facing or safety-related role.
- Experience creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere while consistently delivering strong customer service.
- A qualification in Health & Safety, COSHH, First Aid, or a similar area would be beneficial, but it is not mandatory.
Benefits
- 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays and adjusted pro rata to contracted hours.
- Holiday purchase scheme with the option to buy up to one additional week off.
- Extra time off for milestone birthdays ending in 0.
