About the Location

This opportunity is based at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The resort sits on the oceanfront and is surrounded by white-sand beaches and black-lava scenery. The setting reflects Hawaiian tradition, art, and a strong connection to nature.

Role Overview

The resort is seeking a Night Cleaner who brings enthusiasm, a strong service mindset, and a commitment to quality. In this role, you will help maintain the resort’s standards by keeping public and staff areas clean and presentable while supporting the overall guest experience. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out intensive cleaning tasks to keep public spaces and employee-only areas tidy and well maintained.
• Thoroughly clean lobbies, elevators, public restrooms, staff locker rooms, guest corridors, and other back-of-house or service areas.
• Handle floor care duties, including sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells, as well as sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass surfaces.
• Clean and shampoo carpets, and vacuum hallways and office spaces as needed.
• Collect waste from assigned areas and move it to the central disposal point.
• Step in to support Stewarding and Bell Services when needed, especially during staffing gaps or heavier workload periods.
• Take on additional housekeeping-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Working familiarity with an iPod Touch or similar handheld device and related applications.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
