About the Role
Kforce is seeking a skilled Mortgage Processor for a contract position in Tampa, FL. This role is a key contributor within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division, focused on facilitating efficient processes to meet business and customer service objectives. The position involves handling complex tasks and ensuring compliance with mortgage guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough validation of data and documents.
- Manage and resolve more intricate customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat.
- Process and verify appraisal eligibility.
- Assess loan applications to ensure adherence to product guidelines.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to expedite loan processing and resolve issues.
- Undertake other assigned duties as required.

Requirements
- An Associate's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- A foundational understanding of relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations is necessary.

The stated pay range represents the anticipated compensation for this role and may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, location, and performance. This position is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
