Manager (Digital Transformation)

Role overview

In the Student Development Coordination Office (SDCO) within the Student Development Curriculum Division 1, this position supports digital transformation efforts aimed at improving how the team works and serves stakeholders. The job centres on creating automated, scalable solutions, strengthening data handling practices, and developing analytical dashboards that translate information into practical insights.

Key duties

• Create and maintain a unified database by combining data from several sources, making information easier to manage and retrieve.
• Investigate, build, and deploy chatbot-based solutions that can handle large volumes of repetitive questions automatically and reduce manual effort.
• Design interactive dashboards and reporting tools that highlight important metrics, reveal trends, and support decision-making.

What the organisation is seeking

• Training in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline with a focus on data management.
• Hands-on experience with database architecture and development.
• Working knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and automated customer service tools.
• Prior involvement in process improvement or digital transformation work will be an advantage.
• Strong planning skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
