Role overview
OPPO is looking for a Logistics Clerk in Singapore to support day-to-day delivery operations, inventory control, and planning coordination. The role focuses on keeping order movement on track, analyzing operational data, and helping the team improve delivery efficiency and inventory health.
Key responsibilities
- Track the end-to-end delivery flow, review order fulfillment progress, and prepare data summaries such as response-change logs and order review turnaround statistics to support daily operations and performance improvement.
- Manage inventory health by reviewing OEM inventory aging, slow-moving or defective stock, and semi-finished goods that remain stagnant, then help drive issue resolution through structured follow-up.
- Coordinate urgent material production and inbound schedules, watch for exceptions, and work with planning managers to help ensure urgent orders are delivered on time.
- Compile and assess five-week plan accuracy data, support analysis of why forecasts or plans deviate, and monitor corrective actions until improvements are achieved.
- Study logistics industry trends and market competition, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training activities within the department.
- Take on other tasks related to logistics operations as assigned by the department.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations, with familiarity in order fulfillment and inventory management processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, along with solid data handling and analysis capabilities.
- Good communication and coordination abilities, plus experience working across teams and departments.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural setting.
