Role Overview
This position is focused on strengthening client relationships, improving client outcomes, and driving adoption of digital wellness solutions. The role combines team leadership, strategic account management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Head and guide the Client Success team so that every account receives a strong, dependable service experience.
- Shape and execute client onboarding, engagement, service delivery, and retention plans.
- Define client success metrics and regularly review performance to improve outcomes.
- Act as the primary escalation contact for important client concerns and ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively.
Digital Adoption and Engagement
- Drive complete adoption of the company’s wellness digital platforms, including the mobile app, web dashboards, and engagement tools.
- Oversee onboarding of corporate clients onto the wellness app through activation campaigns and user education.
- Work with marketing and product teams to design digital engagement journeys for employees.
- Track app downloads, active usage, and other engagement metrics across client accounts.
- Identify barriers to digital adoption and partner with product and technology teams to improve the user experience.
- Make sure clients receive meaningful analytics and dashboard insights that clearly show program impact.
Corporate Wellness Program Delivery
- Plan and oversee the execution of corporate wellness programs while staying aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, medical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver effective wellness initiatives.
- Ensure programs are launched on time, reported accurately, and measured for performance.
Client Engagement and Account Management
- Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, business heads, and brokers.
- Understand client requirements in depth and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by spotting client needs and recommending relevant wellness offerings.
Market Mapping and Research
- Identify business opportunities across corporate wellness, health insurance, government, and PSU segments.
- Monitor industry changes, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates.
- Support leadership with insights that help improve market reach and client engagement.
