The organization is based in Bengaluru and focuses on delivering inventive, high-impact solutions for a wide range of marketing needs.Role SummaryThis is a full-time Key Account Manager position available on a hybrid/remote basis for candidates located in Bengaluru or Kerala. The role centers on managing important client partnerships, strengthening long-term relationships, and creating business plans that support growth objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to translate client needs into effective solutions, maintain strong service quality, and help drive retention and satisfaction.What You Will DoDevelop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.Create and execute business plans aimed at meeting growth targets.Identify client requirements and coordinate the right solutions to address them.Work with cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service quality.Support customer satisfaction by responding proactively to concerns and expectations.Contribute to client retention by maintaining strong engagement and dependable account management.Required BackgroundCandidates should bring solid account management experience and a proven ability to handle and expand high-value accounts. Strong analytical thinking, business planning capability, and excellent communication are important. The role also calls for a customer-focused mindset, proactive problem-solving, and comfort collaborating with internal teams. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is expected. Experience in marketing or advertising will be an added advantage. Fluency in Malayalam, including reading, writing, and understanding, is required.Additional NotesThis position is described as hybrid/remote, with work based in Bengaluru or Kerala.
