Role overview

This early-career position is suited to a technically capable junior analyst who can support marketing analytics by turning data into practical insights. The role calls for strong fundamentals in analysis along with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Claude Code, and modern data platforms such as Databricks.

You will work with large marketing datasets, build reporting solutions, automate workflows, add AI-enabled layers to processes, and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to produce insights that guide decisions.

What you will do

  • Convert complex datasets into clear findings and practical recommendations for business users.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis and look for additional insight opportunities proactively.
  • Use SQL to pull, transform, and analyze marketing and enterprise data efficiently.
  • Use Python for data preparation, automation, and exploratory analysis.
  • Help create and maintain curated datasets, data models, and quality checks.
  • Use Claude Code to design interfaces, agents, and automation steps.
  • Build and update dashboards and performance reports with BI tools.
  • Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Work with marketing, analytics, data science, and data engineering teams to meet reporting and data needs.

What you need

  • Solid practical knowledge of SQL, including joins, aggregations, and transformations.
  • Basic to intermediate Python skills, including use of libraries such as pandas and NumPy, gained through study, projects, or internships.
  • Some exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud-based data environments.
  • Experience working with real datasets, including validation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong curiosity and a willingness to keep learning.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical findings to people without a technical background.
  • Comfort managing several priorities at once using Jira or similar tools, and the ability to work independently.
