Role Overview
This role supports provisioning and configuration activities for international customers, with an emphasis on smooth service delivery, order coordination, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery operations for international clients.
- Handle OLO delivery management and coordinate end-to-end order execution.
- Make sure installation-related tasks are completed within agreed service timelines.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process through clear and timely updates.
- Check and confirm customer-side readiness for service activation.
- Work with suppliers and field teams to arrange resources for priority orders.
- Escalate issues appropriately by following the defined escalation path.
- Use logical thinking and coordination skills to keep delivery activities on track.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the telecom or ISP domain.
- Basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ownership and responsiveness toward assigned tasks.
- Good sense of teamwork and customer satisfaction focus.

- Should be able to manage tasks with a logical and organized approach.
- Must be comfortable working with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
