Janitorial Associate

Role Overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. This includes maintaining cleanliness across the parking area, restrooms, receiving zone, and other parts of the facility.

Compensation

The posted pay range is $14 to $27 per hour. The wage will meet or be above the minimum pay required in the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Extra pay premiums may also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed. More than one premium may be payable if eligibility criteria are met.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based onsite in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Available shifts include opening and morning shifts. The location is Walmart Supercenter #5438, 15205 W Greenfield Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151, US.
