IT Support Test QA Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

Role Overview

Nigeria Wind Energy Council (NWEC) is seeking a motivated IT Support Test QA Analyst at entry/junior level for a full-time onsite role in Australia. This position is well suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build experience in software testing, technical support, and quality assurance.

The role focuses on helping maintain the reliability and quality of software products while also assisting with technical support tasks and ongoing product improvements.

What You Will Do

You will take part in manual testing activities, find and document software issues, confirm fixes before release, and support the testing of new features, system updates, and product enhancements. The role also involves working with developers, business analysts, and support teams to reproduce problems, carry out regression testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

In addition, you will help troubleshoot software-related concerns, keep testing records accurate and current, maintain defect logs, and contribute ideas to improve QA workflows and testing practices.

Skills and Knowledge

A basic grasp of software development and QA concepts is important. Exposure to manual testing, writing test cases, bug tracking tools, and the software testing life cycle will be helpful.

Experience with web applications, SQL, databases, Microsoft Office tools, and ticketing platforms is an advantage, though not mandatory.
