Human Resources Associate

Role overview

As a Human Resources associate, you will support store leadership with key people operations work, including recruiting, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. The role focuses on identifying HR-related concerns and helping put company HR programs and initiatives into practice.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position is $19 to $32 per hour. The rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Depending on circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or the work performed, premium pay may also apply at rates from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be payable when the qualifying conditions are met.

Work schedule and location

This is a full-time onsite position with opening and morning shifts available. The role is based at Neighborhood Market #6967, 4105 S STATE ROAD 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449, US.
