Overview
A growing road and infrastructure company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support day-to-day HR activities. This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience in HR operations, a strong grasp of UAE labour regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a busy construction-focused environment. Candidates who can join right away will be prioritized.
Role Focus
The position centers on managing core HR administration and supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, while ensuring internal procedures remain aligned with relevant compliance expectations in the UAE.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Practical knowledge of HR policies and standard HR procedures.
- Good familiarity with UAE Labour Law and compliance obligations.
- Experience handling complete HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving construction or infrastructure setting.
- Immediate availability to start is preferred.
