Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to take ownership of the organization’s people strategy and core HR functions. In this position, you will guide talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and HR operations while ensuring these efforts align with business priorities and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire employee journey from hiring and onboarding through performance management, development, and exit processes.
- Create, update, and sustain HR policies, procedures, and practices that support company objectives.
- Drive recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and employer branding efforts.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
- Build and administer performance review frameworks, appraisal cycles, and career development pathways.
- Plan and roll out initiatives that improve engagement, retention, well-being, and workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policy requirements.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and reward programs.
- Track HR data, workforce analytics, and organizational indicators to inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, reports, and other operational workflows.
- Coach, support, and develop HR team members while fostering a high-performing, people-centered environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in HR management, HR leadership, or a similar people-operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of hiring, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Solid understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and compliance obligations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong judgment, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Well-developed organization, project coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
- Exposure to workforce growth, planning, and culture-change initiatives is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, or similar are beneficial.
