Role Overview

MyPT is looking for an HR Assistant to help manage recruitment and onboarding from start to finish. The position plays a key part in attracting suitable talent, moving candidates through the hiring process, preparing joining paperwork, and making sure new hires are smoothly introduced into the company.

Recruitment Support

  • Assess incoming CVs and narrow them down against the role criteria.
  • Carry out first-round phone screenings with candidates.
  • Set up interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Keep the recruitment tracker current and accurate.
  • Stay in touch with applicants and hiring teams during the hiring cycle.
  • Help maintain a steady pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Offer and Documentation

  • Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Gather and check employment documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support contract preparation and joining procedures.
