Role overview
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the full cleanliness and presentation standards of the hotel. This includes guest accommodations, shared public spaces, and back-of-house areas that are not part of the kitchen. The role also covers the laundry and dry-cleaning workflow for hotel linens, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.
Qualifications
Applicants are expected to hold, ideally, a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in a Housekeeping Manager role, or as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger property.
